We had been there 2 days and our stuff was already spread out. offers to move us (not them) to another rm. comes, the girls get quiet for 5 min, then it starts again. & still in a pandemic & the geniuses at the front desk put a group of noisy girls in the adjoining rm to ours! The girls were up all night playing loud music, screaming, laughing, & carrying on at the top of their lungs! I called security every 1/2 hour begging them to make the rm next door quiet down so we could sleep. Booked May 3, 4 to celebrate our 35th Anniversary.
