Sometimes it'll open when I try again and I'll get to the login page but it always says I'm offline. It thinks origin is not installed, and says that the installer can't launch. So I tried opening origin again, but then I just had the same problem with as before again. Once I got it to work, somehow, and it said everything was downloaded and installed including pets, So I closed it all out and went back to the EA app. Sometimes it will install, then when I go to log in it says it's offline. When I try installing origin it says I have an error and the installer can't launch. I haven't been able to fix it by installing origin. I've seen that this has been an issue for a few other people after doing some googling.
I had it before, but I uninstalled and reinstalled my game so I could tweak some things with mods (figured I should do a reinstall to be thorough) to get it to run better and now I'm regretting the uninstall. In the EA app I can't download the pack, it's stuck on 'preparing'.
